This concept is inspired by the thought of a tribal man from Africa having to adapt to a new system of governance. And in this case, that system is capitalism, and the man becomes a Tribal Capitalist.
The African is seen wearing the stereotypical 9-5 capitalist uniform: a button up shirt and a tie. However, he is adorned in rhinestones that represent the want to hold on to the familiarity of their African heritage in the changing society that he is experiencing. The rhinestones form a mask-like shape resembling many African art designs, providing a stark contrast to the dull and desaturated surroundings.
